ABSTRACT Purpose of the study: This study aims to realize state responsibility through implementing government authority court decisions in restoring right a good and healthy environment. Method: utilized normative juridical method with statutory approach decision analysis. Results: In settlement environmental disputes, error-based recovery create fair law enforcement. Applications this research serves as reference for making policies dispute resolution. Hence, disputes is not only based on errors but also risk. Novelty/ Originality: Mechanisms resolving issues will be discovered recovery, allowing work benefit humankind. Thus, solely anthropocentric ecocentric following approach.
